The Principal

Meet Sakhi.

Sakhawat Kabir, Principal. A lawyer who’s also in the business.

Why it works

Most lawyers give you technically correct advice. Sakhi gives you advice that works in the real world, because he’s living in it right now.

While running Aesir, Sakhi serves as General Counsel and Executive Corporate Affairs for Carey Group, one of WA’s Top 100 private businesses. When you bring him a problem, a difficult contract, a people issue or a growth decision, he’s not answering from a law library. He’s answering from the same commercial reality and boardroom pressure you’re dealing with every day.

Why Aesir exists

Sakhi built Aesir because he kept seeing the same thing: smart, hard-working business owners underserved by firms that didn’t understand their world. Too expensive. Too disconnected from what actually matters when you’re trying to grow. Aesir exists to close that gap.

He works with a small number of clients at a time. If you want that kind of access, let’s talk.
