How can the price be fixed when legal work is unpredictable?

Because we scope to your business, not to the clock. After the discovery call we agree what’s in and what sits outside the monthly fee. Genuinely large, one-off projects (a major transaction, litigation) are quoted separately and upfront — never as a surprise.

What exactly is “General Counsel as a Service”?

It’s an outsourced in-house legal function. You get the strategic, on-call legal partner a large company has internally — without the salary, on-costs or recruitment — for a fixed monthly fee.

Do you replace our existing law firm?

Often we become the day-to-day counsel and manage specialist firms on your behalf — briefing them, reviewing their work and protecting your interests, so you deal with one trusted point of contact.
